My parakeet has scaly face and foot and I need to know dosage for Ivermectin?
My parakeet has scaly face/feet and I have read that you can use ivermectin, which I happen to have because i use it as wormer for my horses. I have IverCare paste which is 1.87% ivermectin and I was wondering how I should treat my bird and the dosage I should give.
You cant give that to your budgies. The budgies ivermectin is a liquid spot on treatment for the back of the neck and at a dosage already diluted down to suit them and sold especially for budgies. You cannot use the paste that you use for your horse. Sorry.
